Shipping

Packages are shipped via Priority Mail and can be shipped to all 50 US states (international shipping is unavailable). Allow 10-14 days for processing and delivery. Delays are possible due to plush availability and demand.

Tickets

The Plus package includes 4 single-use Zoo admission tickets. A voucher for tickets will be included in your mailed adoption package. You will need to make a reservation to visit using your tickets; reservation instructions are included on the voucher.

Face-to-Face Encounters

The Face-to-Face package includes a 15-20 minute up-close encounter with an animal at Nashville Zoo. In general, you will not be able to touch or feed the animals, but you will be able to take plenty of photos. All encounters are strictly limited to 4 people, including yourself. You may visit an animal’s exhibit and/or holding area with their keeper or visit the VIP room with our ambassador animal staff. Some areas may not be handicap accessible. At this time, face masks are required for everyone on the clouded leopard and red panda tours only.

Encounters may not be possible with your adopted species due to animal health, inclement weather, etc. and are not guaranteed. For safety reasons, some encounters have minimum age requirements. Please check with us prior to purchase if you would like to know if your adopted species is available for an encounter, or if you have children under the age of 12 that would like to participate.

Once purchased, you will receive a voucher with your mailed package including instructions on how to schedule your encounter. Please do not contact us to schedule until you receive your package. Face-to-Face encounters require a minimum of two-week advanced notice. We cannot guarantee a date (for example, a birthday) due to animal care staff availability, but will do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedules and preferences. Scheduled dates are subject to change due to animal health, inclement weather, etc.
